Willa had a large family even though she was raised with one brother, W. George Buck. To her family was everything, her grandchildren were her greatest achievement. She loved them so much.

Willa was a notary for the State of MT for quite some time, she worked for the Fort Peck Tribes since she was 15 years old on the CETA program, also in various programs with the FPT, was currently working at SBRRC as their fiscal financial Specialist, a job she thoroughly enjoyed. She obtained her MBA through the University of Mary, Bismarck, and her bachelor’s degree at Rocky Mountain College. Attending and graduated from Frazer High School.

Willa liked sewing, reading true crime books, crossword puzzles, cruising around up north with her husband Tote, she loved plants and her companions Peanut and Thelma. Enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Willa had lived in the Los Angeles, CA area for a while with her parents, as they went on the placement program the BIA had offered them. Then she moved back to Frazer with her mother and brother and stayed there until her death. Willa loved Tote very much, a love she feels she didn’t show as much to Tote as she wanted to

Willa had gone though some hard battles in her life. Her husband Tote was always right there in front of her fighting for her. Tote was her rock in the hard battles she faced. She really appreciated him for that.
