Reese Duane Reddoor

November 16, 1969 — November 4, 2022

Reese Duane Reddoor was born in Poplar, MT on November 16 th , 1969 to Adelle Rose Uherka and Edwin (E.J.) John Reddoor Jr. and a household full of kids of all ages.  Reese was his Mother’s big boy…called “The Biggest”.  He started out in a crib and in short order decided he didn’t like it so he literally shook it apart and when Mother went to get him up for the day, he was sitting in the middle of a pile of crib pieces and from that moment on he just got bigger and stronger.  Reese was a pretty darn good athlete; he excelled in Basketball and was a natural as a Football quarterback and he was forever and always THE Dallas Cowboy fan.  In his younger years he loved fast cars and the loud music of Aerosmith and of course KISS (I think he secretly still has his KISS poster hanging somewhere). He was DIY renovating his home and if he didn’t know how to do it, he figured it out! His soft voice and gentle demeanor belied his absolute zest for living life for and with his children. Reese is an enrolled member of the Fort Peck Tribes, he graduated from Poplar High School, attended Haskell Indian University, Fort Peck Community College, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University.  Reese worked at THE WAVE in Billings and his girls said he had a “blast”, he was a JDC Officer, Game Warden, Board of Commission for Fish & Game, and currently he worked for the IHS OEP Office as the Construction Control Inspector as well as owned and operated Reddoor Consulting.  Reese met Marlene Williams and they had a son, Layne Williams, Reese and Anne Burshia produced two daughters, Adrienne and Shani Renee, and after their relationship ended, he met and married Leilani Reddog and together they had two sons, Justin Wade and Jude Anthony, the marriage ended but they were awesome co-parents.

Reese was preceded in this life by his mother, Adelle Rose (Uherka) Reddoor and father Edwin John (E.J.) Reddoor, his brothers Big John and Dan Lodmell, sister Anne McClammy, son Lane Williams, and nephew Jesse O’Connor. Reese is survived by many family and friends, his sons Justin and Jude Reddoor, daughters Adrienne and Shani Reddoor, a granddaughter Charlee Thomas and his brothers, Willis (Brenda), Patrick, Robert McClammy, Allan (Wanda), Steve (Maryann), and Gary (Lisa) Lodmell, sisters Faith (Dun) O’Connor, Haven (Frank) Gourneau, Delrae Reddoor, Gaynell McClammy, and Velvet (Bo) Schneider.
