Naomi J. Montclair passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026 at the Billings Clinic, Billings, Mt.

Naomi was born on August 21, 1946 in Riverside, MT to Effie Cloud. She grew up in Riverside and Brockton, where she attended school. She received her GED in later years. Naomi worked for A&S and Spotted Bull where shew as a Tech. During her many years there she met and influenced many troubled kids. She earned the title “Grandma” by changing their lives in a positive way while in treatment. No matter where she went you would hear, Grandma Naomi!

Naomi enjoyed gambling, bingo, watching her team the Lakers on TV or out with her grandkids either at a powwow or cheering them on at their sports events. As long as her grandkids were happy nothing else mattered. Mom was known for her “tell it like it is” attitude. If she had something to say to you, she said it. Mom you will be greatly missed but never forgotten. She also enjoyed spending time with her baby sister Nita.

She is survived by her sisters, Juanita and Doug, Dorsey Young; cousin, Puggy BlackDog; sons, Conrad and Curtis Sr.; daughters, Luella and Melissa (Dave); nieces, Doreen (Willie), Starla, Nicole, Elise, Carol, Charlene, Lahoma, Valerie, and Sissy; nephews, Marvin, Emerson, RJ, Lester, and Troy; uncles, Larry and Robert Campbell; grandkids, Vanessa, Heather, Kayla, Mike Jr., Conrad, Brandon, Wyatt, Tanner, Bobby, Travis, Payton, Benjamin, Trint, Ashtyn, Bentley, Curtis, Orlando, David, DJ, Willie, Wesley, Dillion, Robert, Zack, Duran, Alex, Richard, Lakota, Shiane, Justice, Chelsee, Myah, Whitney, Jessica, Laken, Cristy, Janna, Yolanda, Kenee, Neveaha, Syna, Lillian; great-grandkids, Winter, Weston, Effie, Brody, Kinsley, Braxton, Ambrose, Casimir, Caydence, Trina, Destin aka Linda, Eva, Lacie, Breanna, Mattycn, Heavenlee, Mattea, Cleve and our newest, Sonny; and great-great-grandkid, Korrain.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Effie Cloud; uncle, Orville Cloud; brothers, Wixie, Mickey, Billy, Dale, and Richard; sisters, Erma, Velma, Jeanette; adopted sister, Ethel; sons, Clifton, Moses, Mike, William, Robert, and Richard; nephews, Fred, Robert Jr., Delton; nieces, Leona, Melissa, and Sierra; grandsons, Orlando, Mycel, Dakota, CJ, and Cruise; granddaughter, Larissa; great granddaughter, Sarah Young.

Extended family include Littlehead, RedBoy, BlackDogs, Youpee, Red Thunder, Birds, Walking Eagle, Cheek, Melbourne, and Jones.

A funeral will be held 1 p.m. Friday, March 20 at the Riverside Church with burial to follow at the Riverside Presbyterian Cemetery. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel of Wolf Point has been entrusted with the arrangements.
