LaToya Lee Lambert, age 32, of Poplar, MT passed away on August 19, 2020 at the Billings Clinic.
LaToya was born August 5, 1988 to Tiffani Joane Red Dog and Elton Roy Lambert Sr. in Poplar, MT. LaToya attended school in Wahapton, ND, Billings Senior High in Billings, MT, Wolf Point, and Poplar. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and companion and best friend, Luke Follet Sr. LaToya enjoyed working as a housekeeper and playing machines. She loved her foster parents, Clifford and Cheryl Berger, foster sister, Lana and foster brother, Jefferey Berger.
LaToya is survived by her stepfather, Mervin Hale Jr.; children, Deon Dre Curtis “Big Man”, Kevin Follet, Abel Follet II, Charles Follet, and Jonah Follet; sisters, Cassandra (Michael) Lambert, Vivian Lambert both of Wolf Point, and Branna Lambert of Nevada; brother, Elton Roy Lambert Jr.; grandpas, Maynard Hawk Poplar and Rick Hawk of Indiana; grandmas, Doris Red Dog, Rhea (Ronnie) Starr, Verleen Red Dog, Lauren Red Dog, and Kara Red Dog all of Poplar; aunties, Jennifer (John) Lucero of Billings, MT and Carlene Lambert of Missouri and numerous aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Tiffani Red Dog; father, Elton Roy (Sam) Lambert Sr.; sister, Diane A. Lambert; sons, Charles Follet and Jonah Follet; grandparents, Bonita (Johnny) Youpee; Pierre Youpee, Eldred, Randolph, Richard, and Guy Lambert; aunt, Irene Turnsplenty; grandmas, Pamela Red Dog, Carol Red Dog, and Estelle Red Dog; grandfather, Eldred Lambert; and great grandparents, Lawrence and Almena Red Dog.
A prayer service will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 26 at the Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Wolf Point. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, August 27 at the Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Wolf Point. Interment will follow at the St. Ann’s Cemetery in Poplar. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel of Wolf Point has been entrusted with the arrangements.
