Kelly Duane Crowe, age 59, passed away June 8, 2025 in Poplar, MT
Kelly was born on November 18, 1965, in Poplar, to Shirley Perry and Quentin Butch Crowe.
In his younger years Kelly enjoyed hunting and fishing with his dad, uncles, and brothers and there was always a good story to be told after each adventure and full freezers for family members. Most of his life was spent working in construction which was a trade that his dad had taught him. He also drove truck for Nygard Farms and other farmers during harvest season. Kelly enjoyed working on vehicles and giving his mechanical advice to whomever would listen.
Kelly is survived by his children Kristen (Cubby Damon) Crowe, David Crowe and Deneya Longtree; his 5 granddaughters Kayler Marie Strauser, Kelcie Mae Strauser, Davette Jamie Crowe, Maleya Rue Lezard and Navie Faith Longtree; sister Susie Perry; brothers Eddie Crowe and Quincy Crowe; aunts Vernita Buckles, Irene Wilkins, Leta Atkinson, Terry Baron and Rhonda Shumway; uncles Clyde Perry, Ronald Crowe, Babes Prichard and Mike Crowe; many, many nephews, nieces and cousins too numerous to list; and extended families; First, White Bear, Young Bear, Four Bear, White Eagle, Black Dog.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother and best friend Robin Perry; grandparents Frank and Lavina Perry, Bea Belton and Quentin Crowe; aunt Madeline Moran, uncles Victor Perry, Adrian Perry, Dicky Crowe, Warren Crowe and Robert Belton.
He will be dearly missed but we take comfort knowing he is reunited with his best friend/big brother Robin telling each other jokes and talking about the next big buck in the eternal hunting and fishing grounds. Kelly and his big brother were inseparable. They were always together. Where one was the other wasn’t far behind. They’re probably already getting into mischief and making mom worry over their antics.
