Our beloved Jeffery “Stuffy” Walking Eagle Sr., age 32. Jeff came into this world on September. 21,1990. Jeffery went to be our heavenly father on October 15, 2022 at Trinity hospital.
Parents are John L. Walking Eagle Sr. and Hattie L. Shoots, who are now greeting him with open arms and angel wings.
Jeff grew up in Brockton with our grandmother Theresa, then he moved to Poplar with our dad in 2000. Finally settling down here in Wolf Point with his mother.
Jeffery went to school at Brockton elementary school, Wahpeton Indian school, and Poplar school.
Jeffery loved to be around his children, family, friends, and his grandson Nakoa. he also enjoyed the days he spent with his sister Jonelle, brother Shuggz, and niece Sean De’Ja in Bismarck ND. Jeffery was always joking or kidding with his nieces and nephews, he just loved to enjoy a happy moment with them. Jeff liked to go for walks to go check out his friends that were out about too.
Jeffery worked at Taco Bell in Bismarck ND, and Albertsons in wolf point.
Jeff is survived by his sisters; Marian Walking Eagle, and Johnette (Albert) Walking Eagle, of Wolf Point. Jonelle Walking Eagle of Bismarck, Desi Rae Johnson of Alaska, Antoinette Eagle of California; and all his adopted sisters. children; River Runsthrough, Jeffery Walking Eagle Jr., Jonathan Dreamland Walking Eagle. Brothers; John (Angella) Walking Eagle Jr.; and all his adopted brothers; Aunties, Isabelle and Alice, shoots.; Iris, Doris, Patricia McKay. Uncle; Jacob Shoots.
Jeff is preceded in death by; his parents, his maternal, and paternal grandparents, sisters; Bernetta and Latoya walking eagle. Brothers; Ronald, Jonathan, Babyboy, Jacob, and Elias, walking eagle and numerous aunties and uncles.
