Danielle Lauren Casterline

December 16, 1992 — January 15, 2026

Wolf Point

Danielle Lauren Casterline was born on December 16, 1992, to Althea Redstone and Daniel Whitehawk. She was the oldest of six children. In April of 2002, Danielle was adopted by Clint and Gaylene Casterline, expanding her family to include three additional older siblings.

Danielle grew up on the family farm alongside two of her younger sisters, where laughter and shared responsibility shaped a bond that would last a lifetime. Being raised together in that setting taught her the value of hard work, loyalty, and caring for one another, and her close relationship with her sisters remained an important part of her life.

Danielle discovered her love for basketball in the fourth grade and went on to excel as an athlete throughout her school years. She played basketball through high school and had opportunities to travel and compete in numerous tournaments, something she greatly enjoyed and took pride in.

A true “daddy’s girl,” Danielle spent countless hours alongside her dad, Clint, attending horse and cattle sales and working with him to halter break colts.

Danielle also shared a close and loving bond with her mom, Gaylene. Throughout her childhood and teenage years, she helped with baking and lovingly cared for her younger sisters, demonstrating her nurturing nature from a young age.

Throughout her life, Danielle held various jobs, but she was best known for her time working in the Albertson’s bakery, where she was affectionately known as “Doughnut Dani.”

Danielle’s greatest joy in life was her children. She is survived by her five children: Amari, Ava, Hannah, Hayden, and Beau, whom she loved deeply and wholeheartedly. She was so proud of all of them, and they were her greatest blessing.

Danielle is also survived by her parents, Clint and Gaylene Casterline; her siblings and their families: Kevin (Stacey), Bridgitte (Dave), Shane (Lindsey), Farrah (Riley), Cody, Abby, Roberta, and Mary; her grandmothers, Mary Redstone and Viona Casterline; and numerous extended family members who will forever remember her sweet demeanor.

Danielle is preceded in death by her biological parents, Althea Redstone and Daniel Whitehawk and her grandparents: Willard Casterline, Conrad and Pauline Peterson, and Abe Chopper.

Danielle was loved by so many and will be missed dearly.
