Arthur Brownn III was born in Poplar on March 10, 1981. He was raised by Art Jr. and Corrine Brown. He had three children, Arthur, Michael, Jazlyn all of Poplar. His brothers include, Jay and Tenille Brown of Trenton, ND, Tony Brown, Brandon Brown, Cory Brown and Jumbo Brown; his sister Kali Brown; his aunt Ardey of Poplar; uncles Tony Boxer and family and Eldon Alexander all of Poplar.
