Amber Mae Smith Arndt passed away at the age of 93 in Wolf Point, Montana.
She was born on Wednesday, May 4th of 1927, about 4 blocks from where she passed away in Wolf Point. She married Hank Arndt Jr. in 1947 and from this union she had 4 boys.
Hank preceded her in passing in February of 1999. She is survived by her sons David, Howard, Mike and Carl, grandchildren Deborah and Erin Arndt, Sami Arndt and Emily Shannon, Sally Sowder, Chris and Jessie Arndt, Michael, Kelly and Benjamin Arndt, numerous great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Hank and Amber lived in various places during Hanks’ employment in the banking industry, including Wolf Point, Poplar, Scobey and Bigfork. After Hank retired they lived in Billings and in Sun City, Arizona. When Hank passed away, Amber moved back to Montana, residing in Western Montana. A few years ago she moved back to Wolf Point, and in the recent past, was a resident of Faith Home in Wolf Point. She was a proud member of the Fort Peck tribes.
At her request no services will be held.
